Terms and Conditions
After securing your reservation by phone or Internet we will send you a contract. In order to guarantee the reservation you have to pay 30% of the rent within 14 days after having received the contract. Then you will get all the further information, a list of important addresses (consulates, doctors, etc.), some personal tips and advice, directions etc.
This deposit (less a handling charge of EURO 90.-, USD 100.-) will be
paid back in case of a cancellation if you inform us at least 30 days
before the rental period. Over Christmas, New Year and Easter you would
need to inform us at least 60 days before starting the rent.
The rest of the rent is to be paid when you arrive at Punta Bonita.
